PUBLICATION BOARD ASSAM RECRUITMENT

OSD IN THE RANK OF ASSISTANT SECRETARY : 01 VACANT POST

Applications in the standard form are invited through registered post or speed post from the intending eligible candidates who are citizens of India having registration number in employment exchange in the state of Assam for filling up the following vacant post in the Publication Board Assam, Guwahati-781021.

1. Name of post: OSD in the rank of Assistant Secretary (IT)

2. No. of posts: 01

3. Nature of post: Contractual basis (fixed pay) for a period of 11 (eleven) months and it will be reviewed every year on the basis of performance.

4. Eligibility:

i) The candidate must be B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science or MCA from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks in their degree examinations.

ii) The candidates must have good knowledge of the Assamese and English literature. (Attached self attested valid supporting documents)

iii) minimum 3 (three) years working experience at any Government/Private organisation in the relevant field.

5. Age: The candidates should not be less than 25 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 01 January, 2020.

6. How to apply: The following self attested documents shall be submitted along with the application form:

i) Admit Card and Pass Certificate of HSLC Examination

ii) Marksheet and Certificate of B.E./B.Tech/MCA

iii) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate

iv) A latest passport size photograph

v) Experience Certificate from competent authority where employed

vi) PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose as a proof of permanent residency

vii) Candidate should clearly mention E-mail address and mobile number for future communication.

viii) The candidate shall apply through Registered Post or Speed Post. No other mode of application shall be accepted.

x) The name of the post OSD should be clearly written in the envelope containing the application form.

7. Mode of selection: Personal interview along with computer practical test.

8. Application fee: Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) only by Demand Draft (non-refundable drawn in favour of Secretary, Publication Board Assam.
