Online applications are invited from intending eligible Indian citizens as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for the following vacant posts to be filled up under the Directorate of Health Services (Family Welfare), Assam.

1. Name of post: Refrigerator Mechanic

Scale of pay: Rs. 14,000/- - 60,500/- + GP Rs. 7,600

Educational qualification: HSSLC passed with ITI Diploma from Govt. recognised institutes.

2. Name of post: ANM (Auxiliary Nurse & Midwives)

Pay scale : Rs. 14,000/- - 60,500/- + GP Rs. 6,200

No. of posts: 545

Educational qualification: ANM Training passed from Assam Govt. Institution or Institution recognised by India Nursing Council and Assam Nursing Council and registered under Assam Nursing Council.

3. Name of post: Computor

Pay scale : Rs. 14,000/- - 60,500/- + GP Rs. 6,200

Educational qualification: Graduate in Arts, Commerce or Science from Government recognised university or equivalent and applicant must possess minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application.

4. Name of post: Junior Assistant

Pay scale : Rs. 14,000/- - 60,500/- + GP Rs. 6,200

Educational qualification: Graduate in Arts, Commerce or Science from Government recognised university or equivalent and applicant must possess minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application.

5. Name of post: Field Worker/Social Worker

Educational qualification: HSSLC passed from recognised Council with minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application.

6. Name of post: Field & Evaluation Worker

Pay scale : Rs. 14,000/- - 60,500/- + GP Rs. 6,200

Educational qualification: HSSLC passed from recognised Council with minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application.

7. Name of post: Steno Typist

Pay scale : Rs. 14,000/- - 60,500/- + GP Rs. 6,200

Educational qualification: Graduate in Arts, Commerce or Science from Government recognised university or equivalent, Diploma in Stenography from ITI.

8. Name of post: Laboratory Techician

Pay scale : Rs. 14,000/- - 60,500/- + GP Rs. 6,200

No. of posts: 03

Educational qualification: HSSLC passed or equivalent with Diploma/Certificate in Laboratory Technician from Govt. recognised institute.

9. Age: Candidate should not be more than 40 years and less than 18 years of age as on 1st January 2020.

10. Age relaxations: Upper age limit will be relaxed for:

(i) 5 (five) years in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST(P)/ST(H)

(ii) 3 (three) years in respect of candidates belonging to OBC.

iii) 2 (two) years in case of Ex-Servicemen.

iv) 10 (ten) years in case of PwD candidates.
