09 NON-TEACHING POSTS

Applications on prescribed format are invited from the eligible Indian citizens for the following posts in Bhattadev University, Bajali, Pathsala.

1. Name of post: Junior Assistant

No. of posts: 02

Pay band: Rs. 14,000-49,000/- + Grade pay Rs. 6,200/-

Essential qualification:

i) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University.

ii) Minimum of six months’ Diploma in Computer Application from any recognised University or Institution.

Desirable qualification: Knowledge of MS-Excel and experience in the relevant field.

2. Name of post: Library Assistant

No. of posts: 01

Pay band: Rs. 14,000-49,000/- + Grade pay Rs. 6,200/-

Essential qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University.

Desirable qualification: Minimum of six months’ Diploma in Computer Application from any recognised University or Institution.

3. Name of post: Laboratory Bearer

No. of posts: 05

Pay band: Rs. 12,000-37,500/- + Grade pay Rs. 3,900/-

Essential qualification: HSLC (Class X) or equivalent Examination passed from a recognised Board.

Desirable qualification: Ability to handle laboratory equipment including computer etc. and experience in the relevant field. The highest educational qualification for the posts shall be Class XII (HSSLC) or equivalent examination passed and candidates having higher qualification shall not be eligible for any of these posts.

4. Name of post: Grade IV (Peon/Office Attendent)

No. of posts: 01

Pay band: Rs. 12,000-37,500/- + Grade pay Rs. 3,900/-

Essential qualification: HSLC (Class X) or equivalent Examination passed from a recognised Board.

Desirable qualification: Ability to handle computer, photocopier etc. and experience in the relevant field. The highest educational qualification for the posts shall be Class XII (HSSLC) or equivalent examination passed and candidates having higher qualification shall not be eligible for any of these posts.

5. Age: 18 to 40 years as on 01-05-2023.

6. Age relaxations: Upper age limit will be relaxed for:

(i) 5 (five) years in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST

(ii) 3 (three) years in respect of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC

(iii) 2 (two) years in respect of Ex-Serviceman candidates

(iv) 10 (ten) years in respect of PWD candidates

8. Application fee: Candidates will be required to pay an amount of Rs. 500/- only and in case of SC/ST Rs. 300/- only by Demand Draft in favour of the “Registrar, Bhattadev University” payable at SBI, Pathsala Branch as an application fee for the post.

9. Last date of submission of application: Completed applications in the prescribed form along with necessary enclosures must reach the office of the “Registrar, Bhattadev University, Bajali, Pathsala-781325” latest by 06/06/2023.
