Nursing Courses in both Government and Private Institutes of Assam for the academic session 2025.

📝 Application Process
- Candidates must apply online through the official website: www.ssuhs.in
- Application must be filled carefully by reading all instructions.
- Entrance Exam Fee is to be paid online. (PwD candidates with ≥40% disability are exempted from the fee.)
- Keep a record of your Application Number & Password — essential for downloading your admit card.

📚 Exam Pattern
- Total Questions: 100 MCQs
Subjects & Marks:
- Physics – 25
- Chemistry – 25
- Biology (Zoology & Botany) – 25
- English – 25
- Syllabus Standard: Class 12 Science (HS Level)
- Duration: 2 hours
🧮 Merit Calculation
Merit will be based on total marks obtained in the exam. In case of a tie, marks in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English will be considered in that order.
🎯 Cut-off Criteria
For Govt. Institutes:
- UR/EWS: 30th Percentile
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Divyang: 20th Percentile
For Private Institutes:
Management Quota (50%)
- UR/EWS: 20%
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL): 18%
- Divyang: 15%
- UR/EWS: 18%
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL): 15%
- Divyang: 15%
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of India
- Passed 10+2 Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English)
- Min. 50% for General
- 45% for PwD
- 40% for SC/ST(P)/ST(H)
- Age: Candidate must be minimum years on 31st December of the year in admission is sought.

Seats in Government Institutes are reserved as per Assam Government norms for:
- SC/ST(P)/ST(H)
- OBC (NCL)
- TGL/Ex-TGL
- EWS
- PwD (Divyang)
Candidates must produce valid certificates from competent authorities during counselling.

- PwD candidates must submit certificates from authorized medical boards.
