Senior Manager – MSME Relationship (MMG/S-III): 113 posts
·
Senior Manager – Credit Analyst (MMG/S-III): 19 posts
·
Manager – Credit Analyst (MMG/S-II): 34 posts
Total number of
vacancies is 166.
Age Limit (as on 01 February 2026)
For Senior Manager
– MSME Relationship, the minimum age is 30 years and maximum age is 40 years.
For Senior Manager – Credit Analyst, the age limit is 29 to 37 years.
For Manager – Credit Analyst, candidates must be between 25 and 34 years of
age.
Age relaxation is
applicable for SC, ST, OBC, PWD and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government
of India rules.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Senior Manager – MSME Relationship (MMG/S-III)
Candidates must
have graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Preference will
be given to applicants holding a two-year full-time MBA or PGDM in Finance,
Marketing, Sales or Banking.
Applicants should
possess a minimum of 8
years of experience in banking, out of which at least 4 years must
be in credit processing or loan product sales with a Bank, NBFC or Financial
Institution. Experience in MSME credit or MSME loan sales will be preferred.
Senior Manager – Credit Analyst (MMG/S-III)
Graduation in any
discipline is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include CA, CFA, CMA or a
two-year full-time MBA/PGDM in Finance.
Candidates must
have minimum 6 years of
experience in credit processing with a Bank, NBFC or Financial
Institution, or as an analyst in an RBI-approved rating agency. Candidates with
CA or CMA qualification require minimum
5 years of experience. Experience in MSME credit processing is
desirable.
Manager – Credit Analyst (MMG/S-II)
Graduation in any
discipline is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with CA, CFA,
CMA or MBA/PGDM in Finance.
Applicants should
have at least 3 years of
experience in credit processing or as an analyst in an
RBI-approved rating agency. Candidates with CA or CMA qualification require minimum 2 years of experience.
MSME credit experience will be an added advantage.
Application Fee
General, EWS and
OBC candidates are required to pay ₹850
plus payment gateway charges.
SC, ST, PWD, Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates need to pay ₹175 plus payment gateway charges.
The application
fee is non-refundable.
Pay Scale
For MMG/S-II posts, the
pay scale ranges from ₹64,820
to ₹93,960.
For MMG/S-III
posts, the pay scale ranges from ₹85,920
to ₹1,05,280.
Selected
candidates will also be entitled to allowances and benefits as per Bank of
Baroda norms.
Selection Process
The selection
process may include application scrutiny, online test, psychometric assessment,
group discussion and/or personal interview. Bank of Baroda reserves the right
to modify or change the selection process at any stage.
Online Test (If Conducted)
If an online test
is conducted, it may include Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude
and Professional Knowledge sections. The test will be bilingual except for the
English Language section. There will be no
negative marking, and qualifying sections will not be counted
for final merit.
Probation Period & Service Bond
Selected
candidates will be on probation for a period of 12 months from the date of joining.
A mandatory service bond of 3 years
will apply. In case of bond breach, the candidate will be liable to pay ₹5,00,000, subject to
Bank policies.
Credit History Requirement
Applicants must
maintain a satisfactory credit history. A minimum CIBIL score of 680 is required at
the time of joining. Candidates with loan or credit card defaults may be
considered ineligible.
