Educational Qualification
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM)
- Bachelor’s
Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum
60% marks for General/EWS/OBC candidates.

Assistant Manager (Grade A)
- Graduate
from a recognized university.
- Minimum
2 years of post-qualification experience in any Public
Sector Bank, Private Bank, Cooperative Bank or Regional Rural Bank.

Junior Assistant Manager

Age: 20 years
- Maximum
Age: 25 years
Candidates must be born between 2 March 2001
and 1 March 2006.
Assistant Manager

Salary / Pay Scale
Junior Assistant Manager
- CTC:
₹6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh per annum (approx).
Assistant Manager

Pay: ₹48,480 per month

scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
Additional allowances and benefits will be
provided as per bank rules.
